Refund Policy
In short
- Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund — no questions asked.
- You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes payments and refunds.
Who sells Pro
TUH Pro (US$20 per month or US$200 per year, tax included) is sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments and handles refunds. The free plan has no charges, so there is nothing to refund.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with Pro, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription — monthly or yearly. You will receive a full refund, and we will not ask why. After a full refund, Pro ends right away and the subscription is cancelled.
Cancelling and renewals
- You can cancel at any time: on the Me screen tap Manage subscription, or use the link in any Paddle email. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- After the first 14 days, payments — including renewals — are generally not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or a charge was made in error. If something went wrong, contact us — we review every request.
- Delete my account data in the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Manage subscription first.
- If we discontinue a paid plan, we refund the unused prepaid time.
Your legal rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, or a 7-day right to cancel in Korea. Where the law or Paddle’s Refund Policy gives you more than this policy, those rights apply.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net; or
- email [email protected] from the email address you used to buy.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
